Shipping & Returns

Postage costs are clearly shown before you complete your order.

Shipping:

We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and dispatched.  All orders are sent 'Signed-For' delivery.

Orders typically take between upto 5 days to arrive.  If an item is out of stock or requires personalisation then delivery may take up to 28 days. If the is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.

Returns and Refunds:

We offer all of our customers a full 28-day no-quibble returns and refund guarantee!  Simply return the items you bought from us unused and in their original packaging and we will be happy to refund your purchase.

Please note, items returned to us in an unacceptable condition, used or opened will not be refunded.
